Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording!!! Deraj may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there). You must give full credit to Deraj on all commercial recordings.



3. CUSTOM BEATS (ASK FOR PRICE) - Custom beats are available for artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project. Custom beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained custom beat cannot be resold or transferred to any other party.
