It’s a rarity these days to find a group of people that can collectively come together to create music that is not only fun, but also honest. Michael Isa (Guitar/Vox), Ramon Lopez (Guitar), Jorge Palacio (Bass) and Benny Oliva (Drums). These four friends drew from individual influences that sprawled across vast plains of musical genres. Their individual love and mutual respect for many artists provided them with the ability to draw from them for the good of their own music. The result was not an odd arrangement of phrases and riffs, but rather a new standard of catchy and care free rock n' roll. It was evident, that with the strum of the first chord, that these boys had struck a note with the people of south Florida. Since then, they have taken every opportunity to share their passion of music with a city that is predominantly focused on hip-hop, electronica, and Latin music.



Currently, Delpaxton is back in the studio finishing up their second EP, slated for release in May 2010. Five tracks that showcase the band’s unique blend of their wide arrange of influences and their ability to create a new sound that is progressive and innovative. After a series of performances at Best Buy stores throughout Florida, the band will be debuting their upcoming release at the Best Buy store on Kendall & 124th Ave, which will be showcasing their music proudly under their local bands rack. It is with this new catalogue of music that Delpaxton will spread its sound well beyond the confines of their home state.



The band’s first music video debut for their single Not Too Distant, by director David Estrada was aired through Fuse TV after being individually chosen from a nation wide contest through Sonic Bids. This video, as well as other live studio footage can be viewed online on YouTube or at Delpaxton.com.



Upon completion of the upcoming EP, the band will begin a series of tours expanding outward to the rest of the nation and the world, giving Delpaxton the opportunity to share their music with as many friends and fans as possible.
