Ramonas vocal ability, however, has been inspired by the likes of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and the legendary Minnie Ripperton. As a teenager, her manager Rich Nice would jokingly tease her calling her high notes, "dolphin whale calls". Ramona could sing almost every part in a choir, including bass. This blend of musical influences has been the perfection culmination for Ramona who lives for Hip Hop but like all vocalists, yearns to really sing. Others have labeled it Hip Hop R&B, but DeBreaux, Ramonas artist name, stays clear of titles.
