For those that don't know, Management instigated a name change (to "The Kill Corps") to attempt to avoid potential lawsuits from all the ex-members whom they stiffed out of any and all appropriate compensation for their time building up the band. Since then, after ripping off the label (Virgin/Capitol/EMI) without producing an album or agreeing to any available tour opportunities, said management got the whole project shelved (while still witholding compensation from all band members save the vocalist). The musicians have since re-formed with a new and improved vocalist (Norman Matthew, Murder FM) and are continuing with all-new, original material, under the name Valor & Vengeance
