Dear Diary are here. 4 Boys full of Love, Shoes, Natrovjas, Kings and Queens. Fucked up like your drunk neighbour, sweet as a kiss in a nordic snow storm, mixed and pissed with a tearless cry in a window pane you've never relaxed on.

The band appeared on countless tours all over mainland europe and played way more than 100 shows with bands such as Brandtson,

Pop Unknown, As Friends Rust (all USA) or Leiah (Sweden).

In december 2002 My Favourite Toy Records and Der Meisterbetrieb released a foursong EP entitled No.5 receiving only positive reviews.Their

first album Laughing ends like this (released through Bastardized Recordings, recorded at BluNoise Studios, produced by Guido Lucas

(Donots, Pale, Blackmail,) showed DEAR DIARY's progression in writing emotional indie-rock tunes in the vein of bands such as Sunny Day

Real Estate, Starmarket, Get Up Kids or Jimmy Eat World. Also due to the band's continous live appearances, amazing reviews by all leading

magazines and countless interviews in radiostations the CD is still selling far beyond expectations and got also licensed on 12inch vinyl

through My Favourite Toy Records.

Alot of shows followed before DEAR DIARY recorded the follow-up to

Laughing ends like this in winter 2004/2005 entitled "How To Become A Ghost" - slated for a june 20th, 2005 release via Bastardized Recordings

HOW TO BECOME A GHOST released in June 2005, full of unexpected discussions about the missing persons you regret to met, full of memories you didn't want anyone to know, a sweet little sleepless night inside a car, just you and your favourite box of sweets
