Having played well over a 1,000 shows in the past decade, South Dakota native and Wyoming local – Dan Sherrill is no stranger to the stage. Touring aggressively across the Midwest, Rocky Mountain region, and Western United States, this school teacher/musician/family man is able to find incredible happiness and balance in his life. Dan has an extensive educational background in music and has shared the stage with notable acts such as Slightly Stoopid, The Dirty Heads, Mishka, The Expendables, Collective Soul, Ballyhoo, Rome from Sublime, Pato Banton, Spin Doctors, and Big and Rich. Dan primarily presents his "roots rock/feel good vibe" in a solo acoustic format- showing off his ever so smooth and velvety voice accompanied by his skillful guitar work. His strength lies in his versatility to play at any type of venue, for any age. Whether it's a large crowd festival, college party bar, biker roadhouse, restaurant, or an intimate coffee shop – Dan plays to the crowd's musical tastes, and the venue's volume needs. With a plethora of original material to go along with hundreds of tasteful covers ranging from Sublime, Jack Johnson, Bob Marley and 311 to Johnny Cash, Allman Brothers, and the Grateful Dead – and anywhere in between. "D' Milestone" (the album) was released in April 2011, and has already sold well over 2000 copies.
