Dang We're On Fire

It was once said that music is what life sounds like. One band hailing from Florida claims it’s the soundtrack to their souls. Formed in late 2007 from the members of a prominent south Florida act, ‘Dang We’re On Fire’ is steadily making its way onto the iPods and stereos of people around the globe. After several regional and national tours & events such as Warped Tour 2008/2010, Bamboozle, and multiple sold out home shows at the House Blues Orlando and surrounding venues, the band self-released their first EP on iTunes Int and other digital markets. 2010 marks the release for the highly anticipated album, “Heart Stopped Beating”, which will available on iTunes and digital markets everywhere. “For us, its about the music. Its about life, and about getting through your low moments remembering how your high ones felt. We love to improv at practice and see what a jam session might bring out. All of our personalities and moods come out then. Its what makes us great together.”



This summer, the band was winner of Ernie Ball's Warped Battle, performer in the Demi Lovato sponsored Tour "Shop Til You Rock", as well as a featured Artist in such press as Alternative Press, Substream Music Press, Kings of A&R, Tampa Bay Times, Orlando Sentinel, and many more. "Keep Your Head Up", "Why All Your Friends Mean Nothing", and "Heart Stopped Beating" are the featured singles currently spinning on select FM stations across the US including Orlando's XL 106.7, 101.1, and Sarasota's 105.9 The BUZZ.
