Badda Dan

Dan has 8 years of playing reggae and dancehall under his belt and he has opened for legendary performers such as Sister Carol, The Melodians, The Gladiators, The Wailers, Stephen and Damien Marley, and Capleton. However, what Dan is really known for is rocking parties in a bar/club setting. He's played pretty much every club in Pittsburgh at some point, holding residencies in a handful of them over the years, and he's played gigs in out-of-state spots from New Jersey to Oregon.



Dan's thing is straight-forward, on point, mean mixing. His juggles are quick, efficient, and well thought out. His selection ranges from long forgot about Jamaican ska and rocksteady gems to pre-released hits of the near future (and everything Jamaican in between, of course), and his presentation is simple, humble, and genuine. Dan has the ability to make crowds bubble regardless of demographic, occasion, or situation.
