Dana Glover was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, but later moved to Asheville, North Carolina where her musical identity began while she was in the 8th grade. At 16 she moved to Manhattan to pursue a modeling career and expanded her musical education before focusing on her music career. At age 18 Dana moved to Nashville to pursue her musical aspirations  and then on to Los Angeles, CA. 



Dana continues to perform and share her joy of music through her vocal talents, piano playing and sax.



In 2001 she recorded "Plan on Forever" for the movie The Wedding Planner, and in the same year she received the opportunity to perform her most notable song "It Is You (I Have Loved)", the love theme from the film Shrek. Then Robbie Robertson introduced her to Matthew Wilder. Wilder produced her debut album, Testimony, which reached 43 on the UK Album Charts. On this album she had two singles: "Thinking Over", which reached 17 on the AC charts and 22 on the Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks charts as well as reaching the top of the charts in Japan, and "Rain", which reached 30 on the Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks charts. In 2004, "Thinking Over" was used for the Garry Marshall film Raising Helen. Other film songs are "The Way (Radio Song)" from the Sandra Bullock/Hugh Grant comedy Two Weeks Notice, "Maybe" from Laws of Attraction and ”The Truth Lies” from the Franka Potente film Blueprint.



Dana is currently performing and working on her next album.
