Creative Casualties

Producer/MC Sylabol7, along with Neurotic Pharmacology label mate, Nick Fury, are Creative Casualties. Both decided to create a hip hop album without any rapping from anyone. The vision was a turntablism approach with movie and album samples cut by Nick Fury on top of the hard banging beats Sylabol7 is known for producing. The idea was to motion through a specific leitmotiv on each track and kidnap listeners to a world their parents have sheltered them. It was a grueling process that took a little less than a year to create the full eleven track Creative Casualties self-titled album. Comic book legend, Ben Templesmith kicked down the most barbarous album cover to date. Sylabol7 and Nick Fury are both setting an aggressive pace for any future DJ/producer albums released.
