For some 15 years now the name 'Corrie' has been synonymous with quality dance music. He has always sought out differences, melting influence and style into a unique sound that has seen him acclaimed as one of most exciting pioneers of British Tech house. Heavily involved in electronic music from a very young age, this Italian export was born to spin. At 12 years old Corrie was sneaking into clubs in his native Italy, experimenting with decks and cassette players to the sound of Giorgio Moroder, Gino Soccio and European disco.

On moving to London in 1985 to work as a fashion designer, Corrie quickly established himself on the capital's nightclub scene and in 1987 he had his first Dj break at his own club night "Roma", frequented by London's stalwarts, such as Jean Paul Gaultier and the late Leigh Bowery. Beginning as a fun night, a cult club emerged, cutting edge music and eccentric antics of the crowd made it unique. But it was in 1989 with the explosion of Acid House when he decided to seriously pursue his passion for djing, joining the Sunrise crew playing at big raves out in the countryside and illegal parties in the capital. The early 90's brought a residency at Labyrinth, the infamous 'Rave' set on 4 levels: a magnificent 'warehouse - type' club in Dalston. Many young djs made their name here, the most popular Corrie for his much anticipated closing set, establishing himself as an upcoming talent on the house and techno scene.

Throughout the nineties, he managed to build up a solid reputation in his own right playing at top venues around Europe and US including Tresor (Berlin), E - Werk (Berlin), Ptuch (Moscow), Twilo (New York), Roxy (Prague), Guvernment (Toronto), The Cave Club (Salzburg), Turnmills, Heaven, The End (London), his own transatlantic Fix nights (USA, Canada, Holland, Uk), MTV, a European tour as support DJ with trip hop queen Nicolette and in the new millennium his regular guest slots at Fabric (London), music conferences, festivals and at some of the most prestigious clubs around the globe. His sound: a unique mixture of moving and absorbing grooves, often fusing different genres and musical styles.

His first own production dates back from 1994, delivering three singles for No Easy Love Records, three singles for Zoom Records under the name of Aquanauts, one mixed cd and various remix works, to mention in particular Apollo 440's UK top 40 hit 'Raw power'. More productions include releases on Sony Music, Fabric, Presslab, Bosh, two singles for Wiggle, 4Kenzo, Unlock, Evasive to mention a few and projects under the names of Sambal and Rusty Needle.

Sharing his time and efforts between Europe and South America (after moving his studio to Buenos Aires) Corrie is now focussing on his own imprint, Eat More Beef Music. Launched early 2007 the label becomes the man's own mirror aiming at creating its own blend of electronic house, incorporating techno, retro elements and afrofunk dopeness into stripped down solid grooves. This man refuses to be trapped into a single scene, he allows his lifetime influences to shape his sound. Braveā€¦.The future is bright for Corrie.
