Constant Elevation

Constant Elevation has gone through many phases. he initially started out back then as Knowledge Infinite and then changed his name again to Infinite and then in late 95 or 96 changed his name again to Constant Elevation. It was not a gimmick used to draw people in, rather a relfection upon His Constant Pursuit of learning and advancement in all phases.



He initially started writing in 1990 or 1991 in which he still obtains all those original pages of his rhymes. he cut his first demo back in 1993 called "So Be It" with then co MC Master Born who then went by the name of I Lord Self Allah the Messenger. He soon parted ways due to moving with his Partner and then stayed writing in dormacy in the quest to perfect his awkward raw style. In 1994, He stayed steady at freestyling, perfecting it and then made scattered tapes.



In 1997, He was semi serious about making music again. He then started going to the World One studio in Asbury Park, NJ on Cookman ave. He cut numerous singles "Meaning of Skills", "Not your run of the mil", "Sojourner Truth",(in which he relinked up with fellow MC ILSA the Messenger), and numerous instrumentals as well.



In 1998, fed up with his living conditions, he briefly moved to Montreal where he stayed to get a different feel of life. He eventually ran out of money and was forced to come back to NJ. he then went back into dormancy of both freestyling and writing



Eventually in 2006, he picked the pen back up after almost a decade and started his production work and also writing He is in it for the long haul now



One thing that can be said about Constant Elevation is that, He writes because he loves to. He has no immediate need to either be in a spotlight or to get a record deal. He is content with just making tracks for himself. If other people listen and feel it, to him that is a bonus.
