DA UN’IDEA DI LORD MARTUFE’ E MARCO SUNSHINE, OBIETTIVO PRINCIPALE E’ QUELLO DI DIFFONDERE LA CULTURA REGGAE, DANDO MOLTA IMPORTANZA AL MESSAGGIO DEI PEZZI SUONATI, NON SUONIAMO SLACKNESS O MERO DIVERTENTISMO, CI INTERESSA RIPERCORRERE LA STORIA DI UNA MUSICA NATA IN JAMAICA MA CHE SI E’ DIFFUSA A MACCHIA D’OLIO IN TUTTO IL MONDO, LE NOSTRE SELEZIONE SONO MIRATE A RAGGIUNGERE I CUORI DELLA MASSIVE DI TURNO CONTORNATE DA UN ATTENTO LAVORO AL MICROFONO.

The 23rd of december 1999 started the consciousness project by an idea of Lord Martufè and Marco Sunshine.

The main target of the project is the spreading of reggae culture all wide world. For Consciousness is very important the message inside the lyrics of the songs performed during every session. We don’t play nor slackness nor murder music but we are interested to walk along the history of a music born in Jamaica and spread like wildfire all over the world. Our selections aim to reach the heart of the massive together with a careful work with Consciousness’ mike. One year ago we were glad to welcome MR. Gennaroots, a young selecta from Matera. An important step forward was the building of a little self-made sound system which exalts low frequency. Currently we are widening our sound with 4 scoops binz. We believe in cooperation inside the reggae music to create a great interest and aggregation around this culture with its values like equal rights and justice used as its flag.
