The struggle has been long. The pain has been acuteWhat will the future hold? Nothing. Emptiness. The End.Concept was born in 2002 when Suv asked me to join forces with him in the name of metal. Since then this band has become the most important thing in my life; my means of expression, my focus for creative energies, my hope for the future.

-ArchibaldNever calling myself a musician, just a guy who knows what he likes and a harvester of ideas and visions, i called upon my friend Archibald to provide me with catalyst needed to put them into a conceivable form, hence Concept and the resulting 'Primal Origins' was born.Concept.more than just a band to me,more a place in which to escape from the daily attack of bitterness and bile and to channel my overactive imagination and seemingly endless anger and disgust.Concept.more a reason for living.

-SuvWe write exactly the music we want to hear. When you listen to Concept, you are experiencing our vision, our worldview, our dreams. Epic themes and vast soundscapes seem to provide an escape from the vulgar realms of life, but ultimately everything we produce is a reflection of our experience and the world we all live in. Our world. Your world. In taking our vision to the stage we have sought out the most amazing musicians. We believe that our compositions deserve the best possible performance, and anyone who seeks our live show deserves to be presented with a true spectacle. We are a band of musicians entirely devoted to our art, who live to flood your ears with the sounds of dreams and nightmares alike. In 2003 we made our debut with the 5-track e.p. Primal Origins. Neither demo nor commercial release, by pressing this disc into the palms of any likely looking stranger in the street and sending them out across the planet to whoever showed an interest, we introduced the human world to ourselves and our blueprint. Widespread interest and acclaim followed from this endeavour:Terrorizer magazine:

"There is method to Concept's madness"Music Extreme webzine:

"Man, this really extreme and creative at the same time. There is experimentation here but everything is done with a lot of coherence. A smashing cybernetic album."Metal Invader webzine:

"The guys combine some extreme music ideas and create a unique Concept."Live4Metal webzine:

"Spasmodic blasts of bleakness"Ever-evolving but always keeping in sight of our desire to brutalise and astound with previously unheard combinations of sounds, our quest continues.
