Compass Ent.Group is a Production/Management company and me I'm the CEO P-MOE born Parrish McGhee out of Aurora,IL west suburb of CHICAGO just to really sum this up. They're one of the fastest up and coming groups to emerge from the MIDWEST.The group consists of two members::P.A. SMOOTH The PRODUCER /RAPPER from the South Side of Chicago and BREZE the RAPPER from the West Side.The group's songs and CD's have reached over 25 different markets and over 10 million listeners throughout the nation.They have been interviewed many times on the top radio stations in Chicago(Power 92.3 FM, B 96.3 FM and 107.5 WGCI FM). This group is on the rise and has rapidly developed themselves. Everyone be on the lookout for their smash single LIKE FIRE coming soon to a radio station near you. I gotta take it back to the begining when I was grinding with TOBY MEEKS aka MADAM MADD TRAXX but I just call her QUIET. THE CASINO CLICK is her group which she produced the hit single STOP LOOK AND LEAN. She's a hott female producer from my block KENDALL STREET in the A, AURORA that is, so be on the look out for her she's on her way. Along with her company Rough N Ready Ent. she's a NEW FORCE to deal with. My new addition to the COMPASS FAMILY fresh out of the ATL a writing duo BEN A. STARR and SICOUYA NOTE a MALE and FEMALE TEAM who will be creating hits for all your favorite artists they're known as THE KOPYWRITERZ. The sound that COMPASS brings comes from that SOULFUL MIDWEST AREA and was created by myself and SUPER PRODUCER MYKE SNODDY. SNODDY a seasoned classical piano player with a soulful flip with that BANG for your trunk. He's been a big part of COMPASS ENT. GROUPS foundation his production skills have evolved since 1998. Thru these years of SNODDY AND MYSELF grinding placements have been made along with plenty tracks being sold. SNODDY will soon be a household name. He will be the next HOT PRODUCER the game will be talking about. I also played a big part in helping SNODDY get two major placements. The first of many was a JAMIE FOXX JOINT called 'THREE LETTER WORD' and the second is a TREY SONGS JOINT called 'SEX FOR YOUR STEREO' .
