Joan Colomo és incomparable. Dir que té caràcter, que té personalitat o que és un narrador d'històries únic seria quedar-se molt curt. Els seus concerts sempre són una aventura imprevisible, cada disc una sorpresa més gran que l'anterior. Colomo protesta, s'enamora, pateix, surt de festa, és tendre, és punk quan toca i cada compendi de cançons esdevé un mostrari de la seva visió tan concreta de la vida, un "Això és el que hi ha" que fa que, inevitablement, el sentis a prop i no puguis parar d'escoltar-lo.

Joan Colomo cannot be compared with any other singer-songwriter. Saying that he has personality or that he's an incredible storyteller will be very few to say about him. His gigs are always an unpredictable adventure, every album a bigger surprise than the previous one. Colomo complains, falls in love, goes out at night, he is loving, he is punk when the occasion requires it and each one of his set lists becomes a sample of his unique vision of life a "That's what it is" which leads, unavoidably, to feel him close, being unable to stop listening to him.
