I'm a student at the University of Illinois at Chicago studying teaching of Mathematics. I live in the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago. Visit my photo journal

to see photos of my life's happenings. My camera was stolen though so I really can't update it that often. The AIM name I use is: CollinDEE.



I had a visit with my family to the "Holy Land". I learned a lot about the ongoing conflict and I feel that my eyes are beginning to be opened to the truth about what is going on out there. You can read the journal I kept while I was out there by going here. You can view pictures of the trip here and here. The song Visit Palestine is inspired by this trip. If you aren't interested in spending much time getting the real story about what is happening in the Holy Land, at least look at this image. It's amazing how the whole world is under the impression that Palestine is under Palestinian control and nobody seems to know about this gigantic wall the Israelis are building.



I'm not in to politics really. This is more of a basic human rights thing.

This album was made with beats by Tom Bomb Grenade, Jack Rylands, DJ Puss-Em-Boots, Frend, Pinkle, and myself. My second album should be out by Fall of 2006. This album is not titled as of yet. It is a collaborative effort between myself and Frend.



My performances are done with Pinkle. The music is performed live using a sampling pedal to trigger presampled breaks and sample a moog keyboard and guitar to build the song. Visit Pinkle's web page to download any of his approximately 100 songs for free.



I am currently working on an album with Alex Zavala. It is about halfway done. It should be done by February of 2007. You can find some of the songs on the myspace music player but most of the songs will be released when the album is finished.
