A new band has risen from the ashes of past experience. Code 6 is the answer to a scene that begs for brutality, groove, and bands to be loyal to their fans. Their sound is a good direction for the future of American metal; a mix of early old school thrash, new school groove, and punk rock influence creating something in the vein of Pantera, Lamb of God, early Metallica, Slayer and Alice in Chains but bastardized to be a sound all their own. Relentlessly hammering out one crucial track after another in their practice space SATAN PLACE at Block 6 Studios in Maspeth NY, Code 6 is gearing up for sonic warfare. There's no doubt about it, this band is dedicated to bringing listeners heavy metal they can sink their teeth into; fast, melodic grooves that will make you want to bang your head to the beat one minute, then throw down in the pit the next minute.
