Formerly performing as a dancer in neoclassical or contemporary companies, she is also known as a model with exacerbated sensuality. Disturbing and provocative, Altaïr - pronounce it "al-ta-eer"- is a fearless woman and an accomplished performer.



Apart from being a muse for several visual artists - choreographers, photographers, painters - Altaïr also inspired musicians. Her unique voice, ranging from the most sensual murmurs to the loudest painful screams reminding of a female Kurt Cobain or of a punk Tori Amos attracted many composers and even some renowned producers. But Altaïr ended up producing her album "Chrysalid" on her own: she believes in the beauty of bizarre and likes to be on the very edge, without being censored nor limited.
