CIRCLE OF TYRANTS

THEBEGINNING
Circle Of Tyrants was formed in March 2004 by Glorfindel (synth) & Kolhidius (guitar) then they contact 2 old friends (Anzuz & Thenius) and talk about the main direction of the band. All they had played or grown in different bands before. Based in Izcalli, a town at north of Mexico City.
The line up at this time was: Thenius (vocals), Kolhidius (guitars), Anzuz (bass and vocals), Glorfindel (sinthesizers and vocals), Evogan (drums).
THE NAME
The name Circle Of Tyrants was taken first, from the legendary Celtic Frost's song, but the main reason of the name was to create an obscure battle scenarios where an ancestral community of pagan warriors, fight for the true freedom in nature against the false hipocritical human believes and statements.
THE FIRST RECORDING
In May 2004, after many rehersal sessions they felt ready to put some of the material on tape. A four-track demo called "Empire" was created.
THE BATTLES
Circle of Tyrants took the stages. many local appearances caught the attention in the Mexican Metal Scene
Shows started to flow in many towns all over the country, they were very satisfied with the result at that time and the response from the audience was good.
LIBERATION OV DESTINY
After several months of rehearse and work with new material, a date was set for the recording of 9 tracks.
Everyone was excited to enter the studio cause the new stuff was like the band wants to reach.
The work with the first album started and ended up as "Liberation Ov Destiny", recorded in Havoc Studio in the fall of 2005.
Finally the first album was released in 2006.
