tech specs for you camera freaks (or those keeping track of what the samsung hz15w can or can't do):
light sources: icicle lights, a tiny track light, an exit sign and probably a streetlight and some car headlights outside somewhere.
shot in 1280x720 HD "HQ" mode, (whatever that means, i hesitate to call it "HD", as it sure doesn't look like it except for the size.)
plus 2 exposure compensation still didn't help with the low light. i bumped the brightness and contrast up a little in sony movie studio, and that didn't help much, either.
basically, this camera sucks.
