Lately, I have been busy w/ my new career in the Louisiana film industry. I am a Union man, working under the job description of Sound Utility.Basically, I assist the Production Sound Mixer and the Boom Op by setting up the recording gear each day, prepping mics to be placed on the actors, and keeping track of our inventory/ordering necessary accouterments associated w/ the job. It's pretty interesting, and the people I work w/ are the best part of the job. Hours are long, but the pay is excellent!
