Chez bob

Rasmus, born and raised on a applefarm in the southern part of Sweden and Johan, a hooligan from small whitetrash community, Ronneby, met each other in Malmoe in the late 90s. They started playing together. Rasmus took the guitar and the bass was handed to Johan.



In the year 2000 Marcus, son of a car schampoo salesman, arrived to malmoe. Showing up in a magenta colored fleece jacket and with a bag full of happy joy he entered the scene with a boom. He was spotted by the two youngsters and chez bob was soon to take form.



But three was not enough to create the unique Chez bob sound. A massive search for the fourth member started.



In 2001 Johnny Sunburst Melin was to join the group. Johnny, an old friend of Johans was a former promising soccer player, but in his mid teens his urge for fast food got him off track. With his enormous experience in "country and western", he added what was missing. And the characteristic Chez bob sound was a fact.



Then a loner Torres of Spain came back from one of his journeys. One day he sat down with the four members of chez bob. He played the harmonica and sang with a big sad voice. The youngsters were thrilled and chez bob was now a five piece band.
