DESCRIPTION:
A very sensitive topic , that has been in the works for a long time ( biggest project we have done up to date ) . Nagar Kirtan's are celebrated all over the world commemorating Sikh Guru's and Shaheeds. In recent times we have seen people choose this day to fight about personal issues, politicians taking advantage of large crowds ( Sangat ) . Hoarding excessive food beyond necessary means lol. We have attempted to present these issues ( in a comedic way ) and yet target and open dialogue for these ongoing trends , that are taking away for the initial reason why we celebrate these days. The gathering of khalsa in large numbers in our history was always productive . To remember , reflect and collectively plan to respond to issues the Kaum ( nation ) is dealing with. The birth of the khalsa should not be treated like a mela , fashion shown , fight night . We have joined together in this video with mostly all the local youth youtubers to show an united presentation in response to these actions.
