C-FLO

C-Flo isn't just an electrifying performer with spirit filled lyrics, he is also an educated minister with a powerful testimony who possesses a heart for seeing lives changed through his music and his life. In December of 1981 C-Flo was born the second youngest of six children. During his young life he grew up around family members and friends who possessed sinful and illegal lifestyles. It would not be long until C-Flo had begun to adopt those same addictions and strongholds that has plagued his family and so many others to their graves. C-Flo quotes," I've been to so many funerals I don't even want to go to my own" During the time of his youth he had lost all four of his grandparents, watched his brother-in-law die of aids, lost his father to a heart attack and his mother to suicide. Immediately after losing his mother he began to spiral into a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol and violence. Despite moving to different locations and seeking other alternatives he failed to find peace within himself. During his senior year of highschool he was invited by a friend to a youth service at a local church. While in the service he began to mock and laugh at the minister speaking. Then at the end of service an invitation for prayer was given. During prayer he saw his friend crying out to God. At that moment he said, "Jesus, if your real let me feel the same way he is feeling and I’ll give my life over to you." God met his end of the promise and so did C-Flo . Ever since that night his life has been dramatically and rapidly changed for the better. Since then he has had a history for boldly spreading the good news to whoever whenever and however he can. Shortly after giving his life to Christ he started a gospel rap group called G-Squad. While with G-Squad he had performed in churches, fairs, schools and arenas. After about four years of being in the group he felt God was leading him to start a career on his own. C-Flo has recently released his debut album "Time 2 Ryde" which is co-produced by Maximilian Reynolds ( T-Bone/Deeper than Most). His ministry has taken him all over the world with him singing and preaching on the same stages as Jaqui Velasquez, Salvador and Dr.Miles Monroe. In 2009, C-Flo married his wife and he currently tours the world performing and speaking. He also serves as the youth pastor at Christian Life Center Merced, CA. To sum it all up he is a recording artist that is dedicated to his music, ministry and his God.
