Psychokinetics - Life Well Spent
Following the great success of his 1st solo album "Wanderlust", Celsius 7 (half of the popular Bay Area crew Psychokinetics) is back at it and ready to release his head-nodding 2nd solo project, "Life Well Spent."
After a 1.5 years of hard work, much travel and many collaborations, the project is finally done, and it appears to have been well worth the wait. With some of the underground's dopest producers on the roster, and features by Dirt Nasty, Baby Jaymes, and Foreign Legion to name only a few, Life Well Spent is sure to be a classic album that will add to the Bay's rich Hip-hop tradition.
Celsius 7 delivers in the studio, but as anyone who's seen him live knows, he's an energetic, engaging, and infectious performer on stage as well. These qualities have helped Celsius 7 and Psychokinetics build a strong fan base from Asia to Europe to the States, and of course all the way back to the scenic Bay, where they've shared the stage with such hip-hop luminaries including KRS-One, Biz Markee, DJ Premier, Black Sheep, Too Short, Hieroglyphics, Blackalicious, Jungle Brothers, Digital Underground, Kool Keith, and many more.
Witness why Celsius 7's writings have earned him a John Lennon Songwriting Award and also runner-up in the Independent Music Awards in 2005. A Hip-hop fan since '79, Celsius 7 is true to the art and culture, and still believes in the power that the music holds to meaningfully captivate and inspire. In a world full of imitators and often soul-less radio, Celsius 7 is a breath of fresh air.
Watch out for this breakthrough artist as he tours extensively in support of this album. More info can be found at the artist's Facebook or Myspace pages, at the Psychokinetics website or by following Celsius 7 on Twitter. Bookings inquries can be answered by emailing Celsius7@gmail.com
