Not known for being shy, CavBernah makes sure to flex his bravado on his post incarceration debut "Wuddup (I'm Back)." Cav, who was recently released after serving 18 months on gun charges, unleashes an onslaught of verbal threats and assurances that not only is he back, but here to stay. He addresses his detractors in the first verse boasting, "Hi Haters/ Bernahs back from his hiatus/ bitches jump back on the sack, like Miles Davis/ Hate now, later you'll be kissin' my anus." Clearly not one to mince words when it comes to his position in the game, Cav seems willing and even eager to take on all who ever doubted his abilities. His flow sounds effortless over the synths and steady hi-hats of this (VTZ) beat. Cav makes sure to keep it on an even keal, not allowing the frustrations of being incarcerated and losing his "buzz" to cloud his message. He did his time, and he is back now to continue what he started so many years ago. Doubt him if you must, but one thing is clear, "when its crunch-time/ CavBernah sit-up."

Influenced by hip hop greats, soft rock, country or “anything that sounds good,” Cav Bernah is able to use his lyrical prowess and keen ear to make great music as unique as his own fingerprint. In his most recent work, Guilty ‘til Proven Innocent, Bernah combines, a personable sound and strong message to give you an album you’d blast with your car windows down, bopping your head, or through white headphones on the train, trying to catch on to his metaphors.
