"Hey everyone, thanks for checkin us out! We're just getting started so keep checking back, we'll have new pics and songs up soon! We just finished recording our debut album in Nashville, which is due out this summer and are already in the process of writing our follow-up album. We'd like to thank Danny White for producing, and playing bass, Steve Gorman of the Black Crowes, and Mike Durham of Dave Matthews Band for their work on the album, you guys rock! We'd also like to thank everyone at 16 Ton studios, for being the best Nashville has to offer (Mike and Patrick, you guys rule)! We appreciate all of your support and can't wait to get out there and rock with you all."

We're best friends making the music that we love and we're out to start a movement at a time when music needs it the most.

So open your ears and brace yourself.

the stars are out.

(coming soon)

May 28th - So many of you may have thought we were dead, broken up, or relocated to a deserted island but rest assured were back in full force once again. We just recently added a new member, Patrick Nute, to play bass guitar so were officially a five-piece band now. Our first show with the new line up is June 28th at Bob-a-rino's pizza, but it's also our last show in Missouri before we pack up and move out to Nashville to finally take our band to the next level, so make sure to come out and say your goodbyes. We've also got new merch in the making and believe it or not our debut album will be out in a month. We'll keep you updated on the exact release date. We also have tons of new music in the works, and have already started recording for the follow-up album. We love you guys, thanks so much for the support through this past year, it really means the world to us. We promise we wont let you down, kids! Hope to see you on June 28th!!

Sincerely,

Your favorite pop rock kids on the block

July 13th - Hey, hey! Lots of new stuff to tell you about. Make sure to listen to 105.7 The Point this sunday night from eight to ten because we're gonna be played on the local show. Pretty exciting, huh? We finally got our t-shirts in so make sure to grab one while they're hot. We also have a banner on the left side of our page that we would love for you to have on yours, too! Just copy the coding underneath the banner and paste it wherever your little heart desires. Also we have a show at Pop's with the Rise of Science on August 25th and have advanced tickets that you can get straight from us, just send us a message and they're all yours for only seven bucks a piece. One more thing.Daniel Radcliffe from Harry Potter just posed nude this week and its on google images so you should probably check that out. Can we say uncircumsized?

May 27th - ATTENTION!!! Nick is extremely sick and can barely even talk so even though we hate doing it, were forced to drop from the bill on May 28th at Nature's Cup. We hope you all still show up and support the other bands with us. We're still playing this coming saturday June 2nd at Bob-a-Rinos during Country Days for free and we cant wait to see you all there!

April 18th - We'd like to thank everyone for being patient while we're preparing for our rock shows! Catch the Light is now a four piece with our recent addition Chas Bingaman on lead guitar. We're undergoing rigorous practicing to get the new rock set ready for you guys! We will have new pics up soon of the full band, as well as more show dates and a full-length tour! We'll keep you updated as new developments arise. Just a reminder; keep an eye out for our full-length debut album which is due out early summer 2007! In the mean time, make sure to check out our two new songs: "Scared to Death" and "Gone"! We appreciate all the feedback so keep it coming!
