CAST thy EYES

Cast Thy Eyes were born near Lecce (south Italy) in December 2006, its members coming from a ten years long experience in different bands of the local metal and hardcore underground.
The band has been playing live since the beginning and has gained a huge following and respect due to their onstage aggressiveness and impact.
The first, self-titled album was recorded in March 2007 and released in September 2007, receiving great reviews on national magazines and web mags (Rock Hard, Metal Maniac, Metal Hammer, Rumore, Metal.it and so on).
In January 2010 Andrea Litti became the new member of the band on guitar.
The new album "We Burn Into The Cold Eyes Of The Sun" came out in March 2010) and was recorded by Stefano Manca at Sudestudio (Campi Salentina, Italy) and mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music Studios (New Windsor, NY, USA), co-produced by the band and several DIY labels under the “DIY Conspiracy” monicker, and comes in a deluxe package with a 20 pages A5 cardboard booklet



Cast Thy Eyes are also planning other live dates in the near future all over Italy.

I Cast Thy Eyes nascono in provincia di Lecce nel 2006, i suoi membri provengono tutti da un’esperienza decennale in varie band metal e hardcore dell’underground locale.
La band ha intrapreso l’attività live fin da subito, guadagnando grande seguito e rispetto grazie all’impatto e all’aggressività dimostrate sui palchi.
Il primo album omonimo è uscito nel Settembre 2007, ricevendo ottime recensioni dai media specializzati su carta e su web (Rock Hard, Metal Maniac, Metal Hammer, Rumore, Metal.it eccetera).
Nel Gennaio 2010 Andrea Litti è subentrato come nuovo chitarrista della band sostituendo il precedente membro.
Il nuovo album "We Burn Into The Cold Eyes Of The Sun" è uscito a fine Marzo 2010, è stato registrato da Stefano Manca al Sudestudio di Campi Salentina (LE) e il mastering è ad opera di Alan Douches presso i West West Side Music studios (New Windsor, NY, USA). L’album è stato co-prodotto dalla band con alcune etichette italiane sotto la sigla della DIY Conspiracy, ed esce in formato A5 deluxe con un booklet in cartoncino di 20 pagine a colori.



Altre date live in giro per l'Italia sono attualmente in fase di programmazione.
