Uplifting, sexy blues with pop appeal is what singer/songwriter/pianist Carlie DeBoer has captured in her debut EP "Somewhere in Between".
Carlie has spent the last five years playing LA's landmark venues such as The Viper Room, House of Blues, and Pig N' Whistle. Newly relocated to New York City, Carlie can be heard in venues around New York's East Village and Lower East Side; check schedule for details. A classically trained vocalist and pianist since the age of 7, Carlie drew inspiration at a young age from artists such as Stevie Wonder and Tori Amos. By age 15, Carlie had already written and composed her first song, "Coloring". Carlie DeBoer's powerful female vocals and intuitive lyricism are not to be missed.
