Album Reviews
Witches & Pilgrims shifts strikingly between Argentina’s rolling fingerpicked reflections, framed by a gorgeous string quartet arrangement; The Changing Of The Moon’s upbeat, country-fiddle-assisted vibe; and the lilting ballads Cache Creek and Lust Will Never Last. What ties it all together is Cameron’s tastefully judged vocal and guitar performances and the wonderfully sympathetic production of Marty Brown, who fills the tracks with light, shade and air – almost as if they were recorded under a shady tree in the middle of a sun-dappled field.

Live Reviews
First support act, Cameron Elliott, starts to play and he’s very good. Great voice. He’s humble and self-effacing and the audience really like him.
He asks, “Should I play a Scottish folk song or Moon River?”
“Do both!” a girl from the audience calls.
So Elliott does. His Moon River is neo-Jazz Age (imagine a remake of Breakfast at Tiffany’s with Anne Hathaway as Holly Golightly and diCaprio as Paul Varjak…) - contemporary and engaging.
LiveMusicMedia – 12 July 2009 – The Troubadour
"Cameron tackles each song with an unbridled passion and intensity inviting the audience in for an intimate set with honest, observational lyrics"
Tsunami Magazine
Cameron presented himself on stage with openness to the surroundings and a palpable willingness to share from within. He was not afraid to express his moods through his songs and has mastered his work with the successful outcome of a gentile narration that relates to the population.
