Cala Gora Barwinkow

Cala Gora Barwinkow (CGB) is a ska/reggae band from Klobuck, small town near Czestochowa in the south of Poland. CGB started playing in Spring 2002 and it is composed of 8 members - KubaKa (vocal, bass gt.), Tomekk ( guitar, vocal), Artur (guitar), Kuba (drums), Matejko (organ), Pablo (sax), Bobo (trumpet) and Karol (trombone). Their music is strongly inspired by two tone ska, The Clash energy and polish reggae legends. In December 2004 their first self-titled album was released and it was quite big success, but the second '24 godziny' was one of the best albums of 2007.
During the years they performed at most important polish festivals like 'Heineken Opener', 'Przystanek Woodstock', 'Ostróda Reggae Festival', 'Bielawa Reggae Dub Festival', 'Winter Reggae', 'Afryka' and played about 300 gigs all over Poland. CGB is one of the best concert group in Poland and every gig is highly energetic ska show.
