Cabrini Green

CABRINI GREEN is the brainchild of one Nathan Green. Mr. Green has lived in various and sundry locations, but currently calls the lovely city of Austin, TEXAS his home. The CABRINI GREEN project began as a laptop-composed series of old school experimental electronic tracks with vocals by Mr. Green. After a montage sequence of improving his compositional and vocal abilities, and receiving a number of accolades from friends and well-wishers, Mr. Green brought his music into the online community, where he has collaborated with like-minded noisemakers METRODOME, TRANS-ATLANTIC RAGE, and DAN BLACKETT. CABRINI GREEN has received an enthusiastic response on Myspace, and tracks have been featured on the MUSICBOX program on Diversity FM as well as the internet radio programs GROSSE CAISSE, Radio Enigma and RIVERGIBBS.FM. The self-produced album WITCH DOCTOR was released in 2007. The album COLLABORATION NATION was released on the DIY label ALTERED STATE REFLECTIONS. Picked up a new computer late 2009 and an Akai MPC sampler in early 2010. Currently working on some new tracks, so check back often to hear the latest. More live gigs coming in summer 2010.
