Brien is also Founder & CEO of a non-profit organization Urban Alliance, Inc. (UAI). UAI's motto is "Uniting to Empower Generations to Come". UAI invests in at risk youth and young adults by focusing on education in Literacy, Health Awareness and Music Education.
