According to numerous reviews Brand New Demon sound a bit like…. Only different. The five guys from Koblenz managed to create an unmistakeable catchy style, whose intensity and emotionality won't leave anybody untouched.
Being aware of the modern tendency to classify Rock Music into countless categories they call their style " Emothic". Their self produced debut album "Unburnt Bridges" is already there where the rubber meets the road and it captivates everyone who is into melodic rock of a harder kind. The songs of Brand New Demon appear rough, sometimes shy and fragile but they can explode into self-confidence before youve even noticed. They never sound monotonous which might refer to the fact that five individual characters with different musical backgrounds all have an input in the bands songwriting.
The uniqueness of the band is definitely based on the charismatic voice of their singer Daniel and on the always surprising arrangements of their songs. Energy meets melancholy in a unique kind of way. This has led to airplays and supports for bands like the H-Blockx, Selig, Revolverheld, Donots, Jennifer Rostock, Die Happy, Subway to Sally, Knorkator, Wirtz etc. After countless Live-Shows Brand New Demon are now working intensively on their new Album and are constantly further developing their own style.
