Brainstorm (or Prata Vetra) is a successful Latvian pop/rock band. They became popular internationally in 2000, when finished third at Eurovision Song Contest with the song "My Star".



They have supported on tour R.E.M., Rolling Stones and Depeche Mode, they have gathered 45 000 big crowd in their own concert and is one the best bands from Baltic countries.



The experience of being citizen of Latvia, who grew up in former Soviet Union and witnessed their country's return into Europe has made unique musical influence and background for the members of the band that reflects and goes through the music Brainstorm makes.
