BONE TRIGGER
Emotionally Charged vocals, cleverly layered grooves complimenting melodic leads and subtle overtones, and you are just starting to describe the BONE TRIGGER experience. This dedicated, experienced 5-piece rock band from Toronto, Canada consistently leaves listeners suspended on an endless wave of musical invention. Their high energy and harnessed passion explode in their dynamic performance that attacks your eyes, ears and body. A concert experience reminiscent of early KISS, Alice Cooper and White Zombie, all thrown together in a blender and served back to the audience. Truly a must see show.
Front man, Carlos ''Cee Dee'' Demelo, formed BONE TRIGGER in 2007 from the ashes of Toronto's THE HELLZ KITCHEN SHOW with lead guitarist Pete ''Le Pete'' Walsh, rhythm guitarist Darren ''DBL'' Lazary, bassist James ''JD'' Dowdell and drummer Rene ''Bonhomme'' Martineau. During his time with THKS, Cee Dee developed a unique song writing style (working with industry-respected producers such as Rick Anderson (Rush), and Sean Gregory (Emerald Rain). Combined, these five members have developed stage presences that have earned them opening spots for major international acts including: Marilyn Manson, Danko Jones, LA Guns, Nash the Slash and George Lynch's "Lynch Mob" (ex-Dokken).
In 2008 BONE TRIGGER released an untitled 4 song demo that charted in the top 10 at ReverbNation.com and IndieCharts.com and created a buzz on GarageBand.com and MySpace. By 2009 the buzz grew and BONE TRIGGER the won battle of the band's competitions on both a local (mini Indie) and international level (GBOB.com-the Worlds Biggest Band). The latter earning them a festival spot in Quebec City with Alexisonfire, Julian Marley and Bad Religion.
2009 brought new accolades including compiling nine original tracks and a supporting video for the Erotic thriller, "Twisted Tables" (www.twistedtables.com), released throughout North America by Osk Productions. Tracks were also used for an episode of TV show "The Art of Building Bodies" (www.buildingbodiestv.com), aired on "E! and The Man Channel". ''WHO'S ON TOP!'', the first part of Bone Trigger's debut trilogy was released at years end with an array of merchandise and supporting video for the song "S.E.X." and has since charted on many Indie and online radio portals.
This past year, 2010, the buzz continues to spread. BONE TRIGGER were asked to play the ROGERS SPRING MUSIC FESTIVAL after placing 2nd in the Y108 BREAKOUT BAND CHALLENGE. Embracing social networks and by using good old "word-of-mouth" to build their fan base, promotion has begun on, "FANCY FEAST" the new single, which is scheduled to be released to the public in early summer 2011 as a 3 song CD single including a club re-mix and supporting video. "NOW" the second part of Bone Trigger's debut trilogy is scheduled for release early summer 2011. The supporting tour, THE BONE SHOW is planned for mid summer 2011.
Bone Trigger offers Admiration, Inspiration, Communication, Dedication and a damn good time.
