The streets are buzzing about Bleu Davinci. Hip Hop Press can’t get enough of the mystery that is Bleu Davinci. Bleu Davinici is not only a Rapper, but he is also a Writer, Producer, Label President, Actor and Artist. Bleu Davinci is ready to set the record straight in 2007 on why he is the Hip Hop Industry’s Renaissance Mastermind.
This Carson, California native has been infatuated with “rocking the mic” since day one. When Bleu reminisces on his early influences, everyone from “The Golden Era” of Hip-Hop inspired him. He was just like every other kid with tons of RUN-DMC, Too Short, N.W.A. and Eric B. & Rakim tapes. The burning desire along with his natural musical inclinations prompted Bleu to follow the paths of his idols by venturing into the Rap game. A major window of opportunity opened up for Bleu, the MC, when he cousin Ras Kass got a record deal. This family connection provided Bleu with the opportunity to go on perform on tour and record in the studio with Ras Kass. Bleu Davinci the Entertainer emerged.
As a quick study of the Rap Game, Bleu ceased every moment as a learning opportunity to grow as a performer. After recording several demos while seeking to get signed, Bleu’s circumstances took a turn for the better when he linked up with DJ Pooh???? Who introduced him to music industry entrepreneur Meech and together they created BMF Entertainment. DaVinci recalls his path on the road to the riches like this, “We put out a mixtape and it started bubblin’. The underground response to Bleu Davinci was phenomenal. It was during these early days that Bleu Davinci the music industry executive emerged. Bleu’s keen music industry savvy created the buzz for BMF Entertainment. Bleu’s vast knowledge on what the people wanted to hear created a momentum for BMF Entertainment that continues to thrive today.
Working with Major Recording Artist, like, E-40, Fabolous, Jadakiss, Trick Daddy, Bun B. and Pitbull, just to name a few, has enabled Bleu to assist in the development of unsigned raw talent like, Computer (Bronx, New York), TUGE (Queens, New York), The MOB (St. Louis) and Oowee (California). All this talent is featured on the Bleu Davinci compilation “The World is BMF’s”, released on Koch Records, in October. It was Bleu’s confidence as a Label President that enabled him to produce a project that represented the heavyweights of Hip Hop and the strength of the underground.
The compilation project was just an appetizer for the full entrée that will be served in 2007 by Bleu Davinci. The public has sampled Bleu Davinci the Rapper, they’ve heard his talent as Bleu Davinci the Producer, he’s been seen as Bleu Davinci the Actor in the movie “3 Strikes” and his business savvy is legendary as Bleu Davinci the Label President.
And the best is yet to come in 2007, so far only sample sizes have been issued, 2007 is Bleu Davinci Supersized!
