Bill Collins

I've played lots of styles of music but am currently best known for my Labor songs which I perform solo at rallies and other political events or with the RABBLEROUSERS, Punk bands I used to play in like MDC, FANG, SPECIAL FORCES, INTENSIFIED CHAOS, BALTIMORE FOOTSTOMPERS, Americana bands like BIG BAD JOHNS and SWAGGERTS. Irish folk I play solo or with the DAMMY BHOYS.
I first started playing professionally in 1976 and have been at it ever since. I've played in 18 countries and most of the states. I'm on 30 plus releases and have given many many folks guitar and bass lessons over the years. I'm a proud member of the international BOB (Bremen Oakland Bath)Punk family and a member of Musicians Union Local 400.
I'm also proud to say I just received an Artist Award for my accomplishments from the Greater New Haven Arts Council.
