BIGMAMA INDUSTRIES is a music & art production house based in NYC, home of ZUZUKU, BLANQUITO MAN, CANDICE CANNABIS, & BLONDE PHANTOM. We specialize in original music, remixes, mash-ups, mixtapes, compilations, as well as merchandise and apparel designed by ZUZUKU.
We also feature and collaborate with other select artists that we like and that fit in to our circus of multi-cultural mutations and have the occassional suaree of mashed-up sound clash parties not to be missed!
BIGMAMA - LARGER THAN LIFE
The name, Bigmama, means many things to us. For one, Bigmama is the name we use as a larger uniting title when we refer to our various separate studio projects which all run simultaneously and often times interactively. Each project is independent of the other, but yet they all seem to work unintentionally together, each part assisting the other, and growing, like an accidental invention, a fusion, a mutationan awakened machine that is always becoming bigger, smarter, and better. Sometimes I feel like it's a conspiracy of our own work getting together and plotting to take over the world. It seems to have intelligence, consciousness, purpose
Bigmama is also the alias we use to refer to what's called the Collective Consciousness. The term refers to that dimension of consciousness which is the totality of the human experience and which is the repository (the Hall of Records, Akashic Records) of all the knowledge, wisdom, history, experience and pre-science of the human race. Yeah, It's pretty deep, so we just like to call it the Bigmama.
