//About Bichi:
//Bichi was founded a few years back by the Danish artist Tobias Wilner. You can call his music indie / folktronia, shoegaze, electronica or just Bichi. Bichi is focusing atmospheric sounds, digital beat manipulation, nice melodies. He is a dedicated skateboarder and he love to search for new spots and skate with the locals when he is on tour.
Bichi has released an album “Notwithstanding” and several EP's and remixes (.tape., Blue Foundation, Cokiyo). The album “Notwithstanding” was released on Opiate aka Thomas Knaks label Hobby Industries in 2005. The vocal on the album comes courtesy of Sara Savery (People Press Play).
Bichi has toured Japan 5 times, played shows in Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, US, France, Finland, UK, Letvia to name a few.
Bichi has produced music for movies like "Twilight" (Blue Foundation), "Miami Vice", "Manslaughter", "the OC Show", "So You Think You Can Dance", done several albums with his projects Blue Foundation and Ghost Society, released and created music with artist like DJ Krush, Mark Kozelek, Numb, Mew, Outlandish, DJ Klock.
Bichi is also the founder of DeadPeople'sChoice rec and DeadPeople'sChoice Film. DeadPeople'sChoice Film was founded in 2009 with the award winning film director Boris Bertram. They just finished the movie Tankograd.

These days Tobias Wilner is working on an album with Blue Foundation.
He also finished a cooperation with Mark Kozelek (Red House Painters, Sun Kil Moon)
for Blue Foundation.
His album "Notwithstanding" is about focusing on letting the machines and plugins do the magic in collaboration with manipulated acoustic instruments. This could be what people call Indietronica, but we think its just Bichi.
With Notwitstanding Tobias has succeseded in creating a fine balanced and layered album for people like us to enjoy.
Hobby and Bichi collaborated on the release including the design concept, which resulted in unique art by local artists, Le-Fix. Le-Fix is known for the overall design and graphic works for Alis skateboards, clothing line and their artwork for Uarms. Accompaning lyrics by Blue Foundation member, Scott Martingell a.k.a MC Jabber.

//Bichi has released an album at the danish label hobby Industries in 2005:
Bichi - Notwithstanding
01. //layers of generation without number
02. //in the parallax of your gaze // vivid
03. //wait for the howl of the city
04. //whirl // a stream of comfort, to cool and surround me,
untill I lose sight of my own defeat
05. //coarse and wild as the cement of your broken city crumbles
06. //clouds are parcelled out across my vision
07. // , as you glimpsed the line of my shoulderblades
08. //counting out horizons in discrete steps
09. //balancing // I am the god of small change,
scamming my way through the future
10. //revolve in the sun // my footfalls are superfluous
