Free Style is a Bulgarian band from Plovdiv, founded in 2000. The style of the band is mainly soul, R&B with funk, hip-hop and acid jazz elements but in the same time is open to experiment in various musical directions.
Free Style make their big debut in 2004 with the song "When she wants it" for which they win the jury award at the "BG talents" competition organized by BG radio.
The music video to their second single "Beautiful things" from 2008 is a director debut for Bulgarian pop star Rushi Videnliev who is also credited with the script and styling. Later, the track is released as a remix by Mr. Moon.
The two Free Style singles as well as "Feelin' high" were recorded with Videlina Mircheva - vocal of the band at this time. In 2010 the musicians parted ways and Rosen Kukosharov became leading vocal along side Bobo.
DISCOGRAPHY:
The debut album of Free Style - "No time to play" was released in 2012. The CD is published and produced by the band. It was recorded and mixed in CTP records by Angel Dyulgerov and mastered in "TOTO" studio by Todor Chorbov.
"No time to play" was presented at a stylish promo event at the prestigious Sofia Live Club (Sofia, Bulgaria) on the 23.02.2012.

Throughout their career Free Style play various festival and club stages in Bulgaria and abroad. In 2005 the play the very prestigious "Apolonia" fest. The band is part of the seaside festival "Music beach" as well as "Rock in Rila". In 2009 and 2011 Free Style is one of the special guests on the blues and jazz stage of the international festival "Spirit of Burgas". Abroad the band made its debut at the Greek "Ardas".
While not frequently on stage when Free Style does play they always do it with style and with bang! Clubs such as "Sofia live club", "Petnoto", "King's stable", "Stroeja", "Swingin' hall", "O'Shipka" and many others still remember the band.
