PURE SPITE

Pure Spite started in 2001 though most of us were playing in several bands before since 1997.



We prefer to play an explosive, alcohol drenched mixture of Psychobilly and Punkrock, by taking some influences from Country, Surf, Blues and Hardrock too.



The lyrics (often spiced with a serious background) are serving the whole damn sex, drugs & rock'n'roll stereotypes, with a focus on old cars, wicked graveyard-stories and spaghetti-western-scenes.



In 2004 we published our first LP named "HIGHNESS KILLS HANGOVER". In the following time we played as opener for the 11th Satanic Stomp in Speyer and supported bands like Mad Sin, Demented are go, Death Valley Surfers, Big John Bates, Peacocks or Coffin Nails.



2006 we joined the studio again and the result was our EP "BREAK & R.I.P." including 4 songs that's released on the HARYBOOBOOANA-Label. All songs except "Kick of the dick/spread legs" are published on samplers like "Psychomania-Fanzine", "Psychobilly Wreckage" and "Waste your time on Punkrock" !



After nearly 6 years our drummer Paul has left the band. By fluke we met Wolf! And now we're playin' off with him on the drums! We're always in the mood to play! So just feel free to book us!!!
