Ben Onono

A classically trained piano scholar at The Royal Academy of Music, Ben Onono shot to fame with the hugely successful dance track It Just Won't Do co-written with DJ Tim Deluxe. For this he was nominated for a coveted Ivor Novello award for Songwriting.
Along with a successful solo career as a pianist and singer - his lounge classic Tattoo Blue was included on the Best of Café Del Mar compilation and named tune of the week on Radio 1's Oneworld show - His more recent collabortions include the hit 'Rainbow of Love' with Bob Sinclar, which is currently featured in a Europe-wide Alfa Romeo car ad. Ben has written for artists as diverse as Cicada, David Guetta, Fatboy Slim and Natalie Imbruglia. His dance tracks have received DJ support from both sides of the Atlantic and have been regular floor fillers for DJs ranging from Pete Tong to Joe Claussel.
Born in Cardiff but raised in West Africa, Ben is a uniquely talented musician. Actively supported by the likes of Ewan McGregor – his debut album was used for the BBC series The Long Way Down – Ben has found equal favour in the press.
