Birmingham's own Alabama representer, BEN HATED has been putting in work in the Southern Hip Hop scene for sometime now. From music that has reached the BILLBOARD CHARTS to co-writing songs for MAJOR MOVIE SOUNDTRACKS he is well known and respected in the south.



Raised in a city inflicted by the memories of THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT music has been a factor in his life for the better part of it. Mixing a sound of infectious FLOWS and fine tuned HARMONIES made the transition from FLOWING under the streetlight to recording with the likes ofT.I, THE YOUNBLOODZ, JIM CROW, JAZZE PHA, BOHAGON, LAYZIE BONE, DAZ DILLINGER, JODY BREEZE, PASTOR TROY and a whole Army of Dirty South Alumni the next step in he's career.



Teaming up with another Southern VetMR.MO FROM THE GROUP JIM CROW they formed "THE NEW DOWN SOUTH SUPER GROUP" G.M.C!!!!! Being closely affiliated with THE ATTIC CREW, They were able to tour the south with THE YOUNBLOODZ developing a sound that most say is REFRESHING TO THE GAMEMR.MO AND BEN HATED are the FUTURE of THE NEW SOUTH MOVEMENT.
