The Birmingham born rapper/producer/singer/song-writer Bc Da Bossman has been involved in writing and producing music from a young age. After having been apart of various groups around the Birmingham area, he was chosen at the age of 16 to be part of a Birmingham based music project organised by the band UB40 at Dep Studios Birmingham. While being apart of this project Bc learnt and improved on many techniques such as musical arrangement, vocal skills and production skills along with song-writing. Armed with these enhanced skills Bc took this as a chance to develop himself as an artist, working with some of Birmingham’s most accomplished musicians, rappers and engineers such as the B15 Project, MSI & Asylum and Pato Banton.

Through mutual friends Bc was introduced to the now members of Kamakaze, D.Sqwurt, Bdeniro, P.O.V. and Young Fury. Bc then began work on his first solo project entitled Bossman Vol.1 which was the first every Kamakaze mix tape to be sold by online retailer such as I-tunes, Amazon, Emusic and Napster. The only single to be released with a video was the internet smash hit ‘My Baby Remix’. Which was a cover of the Mariah Carey classic ‘My Baby’, Bc shot the video with good friend Don P of As It Is TV.

Bc Da Bossman alongside Co- Producer D.Sqwurt has produced all the Kamakaze mix tape releases to date. This sound has court the ear of a number of established and up and coming U.K artists such as: Malik of Morrish Delta, Illamadi Top Boy, Lady L, F.Tizzle, S.dot and Candy of Sweet Shop E.N.T and Tayong, who have all described the KMZ sound as, inspirational, motivating, Captivating, Unique and progressive. This has also given him the opportunity to perform alongside Giggz, Ghetto, Stormin, Dj Ironik, Paris1 and Moorish Delta 7 and many more?

Just like every other hard working artist Bc bases his music on his reality and those closet to him. Mastering is electro/gangster/hop sound bc has managed to translate the pain, the ambitions and the struggles of life for young people in the city making him the voice of the streets.
