BBQ CHICKENS

Formed in 2000 by Hi-Standard guitarist Ken and his friends.

Playing fast and short tunes with lyrics about mundane, daily life.

The sound is based on "hardcore style" but we still don't get "What hardcore is".

If you could put up with just 60 seconds of noise, then you can listen to us, because that's the basic running time of each song.

We have released 3 full length albums from Pizza Of Death Records.

After putting out those 3 albums smoothly we needed to take a rest because the drummer, Hatano, is also playing in the band Hawaiian6 and they keep geting bigger in Japan. So we let Hatano go concentrate on his own band for a while. oh well.

Ken is also busy having fun with the KEN BAND guys and he keeps forgetting about BBQ.



In the end, Hatano left the band in 2009. But we found the new drummer so quickly, even though we hadn't booked ant show at that time. Then we started to practice ! And write new shits !



Well, the new drummer's name is Andrew, who is running a label called "Tight Records", who is playing drums in the band like "Rise", " Fuck You Heroes".



We are kinda ready to make a new CD. Wanna put out new one in 2010 hopelly.
