Thought about putting the whole “artist bio” thing up but then opted not to: it’s way too long, way too much info + I don’t wanna bore you (haha …). Thought I’d keep things nice & simple.



I spent my childhood on the beautiful shores of Cape Town, South Africa (still remember weekends eating gatsby sandwiches at grandma’s & evenings spent watching my parents play action cricket …), my teens in New Zealand (the world’s best fish & chips and meat pies easily- shout-out to South Auckland!), and I began my adult life here in Sydney, Australia. I’m blessed to live a pretty amazing life where I get to travel the world doing what I love, so I’m used to the scenery changing a lot…



I grew up in a home where on any given Sunday my parents would have Stevie Wonder, Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire, Elton John or Nat King Cole playing in the living room. It’s great, because I developed a real eclectic taste and appreciation of music from an early age. I’m a self-confessed sucker for old-school R&B, Gospel music and 80’s Rock ballads!



I write my own songs & describe my music as “commercially stylistic”, or “thoughtful pop music”. I say it like that because I want my songs to really reach people, but still retain some thought, style & soul. Where the outside veneer might be slick, what’s underneath tells a story…
