Melt-Banana - MxBx 1998/13,000 Miles at Light Velocity - Video
PUBLISHED:  Dec 19, 2013
DESCRIPTION:
A live-in-studio performance of their set circa 1998, produced by John Zorn. One of the most crucial albums in the Melt-Banana discography, since it massively upgrades much of the material from their first two albums and, most significantly, because it is the only official recording to feature Yasuko's harsh and intimidating "dom-bitch" vocals rather than her typical art-damaged Japanese pop-star chirp, though the wild-eyed girlish whispers and high-pitched shrieks remain fully intact.
