Music to me is an incredibly refreshing gasp of air, something that stirs from deep within, blooming and blossoming from my very depths of me. My songs are written in moments of intensity and overwhelming emotion, flickers of beauty, pain, curiosity, hurt, yearning, love, bliss… They unravel according to no rules or plan, seeming to come through me, not from me.
It is my way of working life out, seeking out truth, questioning, challenging, provoking, and understanding the ways of people and the world. It is an expression, and release, a gentle being that reaches out its soothing arms to catch me before I fall.
